Article 46 describes a visitor visa for qualifying foreign-company remote work or eligible digital ventures, with a duration of up to two years. It is not an automatic two-year grant.

  • Applicants must hold a passport from an eligible short-stay visa-exempt country and document the relevant overseas work or venture. The visa does not permit remunerated work for a person or entity domiciled in Colombia.
  • Bank statements must demonstrate income equivalent to three current Colombian legal monthly minimum wages during the previous three months. No fixed USD conversion is published here.
